Returns & Exchanges Policy
You can return product purchased on My Little Angel . The products are returned in a good and saleable condition. Please email us to arrange.
We want you to be satisfied with everything you receive from My Little Angel , however we can't offer returns for below item:-
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages / 3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to you.
- Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. The orders damaged or lost by shipping carrier.
- The product is washed, damaged because of customer conduct;
- Product tag, package, original label etc., is damaged or missing;
- Accessories or free gift attached to the product is damaged or missing;
- Request be made 1 weeks after delivery
- Free gift with no defect cannot be exchanged
- Sale or promotional items
- Please note that due to hygiene reasons, the following products are excluded from our return policy
- Intimate wear / bodywear , leggings , socks , tights , headband , hair clip , all hair accessories
- How does it work:
Once we receive the original items, you will receive a credit in the amount paid, minus $10.00 for the return shipping. We are unable to ship any items back to you once they have been sent to us for a return or exchange.
Our exchange process requires you to return and repurchase an item. Please follow the return process and select the exchange option.
Do I have to pay to send items back for a return?
Yes, you are responsible for the cost of the return. If our prepaid shipping label is chosen, $10 will be deducted from your return total and emailed after the electronic web form is completed. You can always send the package back on your own using UPS, DHL or FedEx (we recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation, just to be safe).
